By using the services of Trulyne Shipping, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before shipping with us.

1. SERVICES PROVIDED
   Trulyne Shipping provides air and sea shipping services from the United States to Jamaica, including package handling, consolidation, delivery, and optional shopping assistance.

2. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
   Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information, properly declaring package contents and value, and ensuring all items shipped are legal and permitted. Trulyne Shipping is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

3. PROHIBITED AND RESTRICTED ITEMS
   Customers may not ship prohibited or restricted items, including but not limited to illegal drugs, weapons, ammunition, explosives, flammable or hazardous materials, and counterfeit or stolen goods. Trulyne Shipping reserves the right to refuse, inspect, or surrender any shipment to authorities if prohibited items are suspected.

4. SHIPPING METHODS AND SCHEDULES
   Air Express shipments depart up to four (4) times per week.
   Sea freight shipments depart once (1) time per week.
   Shipping schedules are subject to change due to weather, customs inspections, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.

5. DELIVERY AND TRANSIT TIMES
   All delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Trulyne Shipping is not liable for delays caused by customs authorities, airlines, shipping lines, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
   All customs duties, taxes, and government fees imposed by Jamaican authorities are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated. Trulyne Shipping does not control customs clearance timelines.

7. FEES AND PAYMENTS
   Shipping fees are calculated based on weight, size, shipping method, and service selected. All charges must be paid in full before delivery or release of goods.

8. PACKAGE INSPECTION
   Trulyne Shipping reserves the right to open and inspect packages to verify contents, ensure compliance with regulations, and meet customs requirements.

9. LIABILITY
   Trulyne Shipping is not responsible for loss or damage caused by improper packaging, manufacturer defects, or delays beyond our control. Any liability, if applicable, is limited to the declared value of the shipment and subject to applicable laws.

10. UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
    Packages not claimed within a reasonable time may be subject to storage fees or disposal. Trulyne Shipping reserves the right to dispose of unclaimed shipments in accordance with local regulations.

11. REWARDS PROGRAM
    Participation in the Trulyne Shipping Rewards Program is optional. Points have no cash value and may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time at the discretion of Trulyne Shipping.

12. CHANGES TO TERMS
    Trulyne Shipping reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

13. GOVERNING LAW
    These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Jamaica.
